Get Inns Hotel Sendayan

I’m not sure whether I’ve been scammed or not. I booked this hotel and they already charged me. But when I went to check in, the hotel said my name wasn’t on their booking list. I had to make a new booking and pay again. When I contacted the hotel, they told me to contact customer service, and then customer service said my booking was in the list. But why did the hotel say my name wasn’t on the list, and why did I have to make a new booking? I think I’ve been scammed!!!!
